Glastonbury Festival make a fabulous donation to BLAST!

Not many people know that Glastonbury festival supports a significant number of charities, nominated by the volunteers that steward at the festival. James and Debs Douglas would like to thank all of their 2022 team (which this year included former PDP student Kat Douglas) for giving up their time to be the ‘ears and eyes of the festival’.  They would also like to give a shout out to Anne and Christina who coordinate the teams working in the Theatre and Circus area.

We look forward to another hot and sunny festival in 2023….

Funds will go towards providing bursaries, enhanced professional tuition beyond that provided by the curriculum, introductory workshops to engage and promote the industry, and to support students with potential to access opportunities that they would otherwise not have for financial reasons.
